Energy Performance Certificate

The Energy Performance Certificate is mandatory when buying, selling or renting a property. It provides information on the energy efficiency rating of the home or commercial premises.
Depending on the final study results, properties are rated from letter A (most efficient) to G (least efficient).
Technical Building Inspection Reports (ITE)
Is your home or building over 45 years old?
If your building or home is more than 45 years old according to the cadastral record, it must have a Technical Building Inspection Report (ITE).
The purpose of this report is to certify the condition of the property with regard to safety, both for its occupants and for third parties.
